My stay at the hotel was lovely. The rooms were clean and spacious, with the added convenience of bottled water available on every floor. I recommend asking for a Superior room with a balcony and safe for valuables. The only downside was that the price didn't entirely match the value received.

I loved my stay at this hotel! The location is phenomenal, with easy access to diving spots and just a short walk to town. The rooms in the smoking section were always fresh and clean, plus there were plenty of restaurants nearby. While the service was friendly and accommodating, language barriers could be a hindrance. The dining experience left a bit to be desired but still enjoyable. Definitely recommend for a great value stay in Cozumel!
